Tonight was one of our favourite local events of the year, Unsilent Night. This is probably our 4th or 5th time going and it’s always a blast.
If you’re not familiar with Unsilent Night, it’s a global event taking place in over 30 different cities around the world. The concept is a modern take on carolling, combining ambient music with various art installations, entertainers and more.
Unsilent Night really does a great job of showing off community and holiday spirit, all while displaying the beauty of Cambridge’s downtown. While the new pedestrian bridge unfortunately wasn’t ready for its grand unveiling in time, it really didn’t dampen the spirits of the thousands of Cambridgians who attended tonight.
